OMS Safety II (6' / 1.8 meter Hybrid SMB, Spool 100' & Safety Pocket)

Each kit contains an SMB, Dive Reel Spool and Double-Ender Clip. The bright red and yellow Safety Pocket makes it easy to locate by the dive buddy. The Safety Pocket attaches to any 2 inch webbing or it can be clipped to the front of a BC. A zipper allows for easy access but prevents the items from falling out.  There are 3 different configurations of the Safety Kit which will meet the needs for most divers.

SAFETY KIT I

Shooting a Surface Marker Buoy is a skill all new divers learn and all divers use. The Safety I Kit is perfect for new divers and most traveling divers. A 3.3’ SMB works well in tropical locations and conditions with calmer seas. The Safety  Kit I includes:

• 3.3’ SMB with a closed bottom and oral/power inflator
• 75’ spool
• BigGrip™ Double-Ender Clip
• High Visibility Safety Pocket

SAFETY KIT II

Make sure the boat can see you by using a taller SMB. The OMS Safety Kit  II include a 6’ SMB which is ideal in rougher waters. The Safety Kit II includes:

• 6’ Slim SMB with an Open Bottom and one way valve
• 100’ Spool
• BigGrip™ Double-Ender Clip
• High Visibility Safety Pocket

SAFETY KIT III

Divers possibly encountering areas with more wave action may prefer the SAFETY Set III. The Safety Kit III includes:

• 6’ Slim with a Closed Bottom and Power/ Oral Inflator
• 100’ Spool
• BigGrip™ Double-Ender Clip
• High Visibility Safety Pocket
